About Tess Rose

Tess Rose is from Los Angeles, CA.
She recently received her Masters in Music from Shenandoah University. While studying there she worked with industry professionals to grow as a teacher. 

Tess is a graduate of the Bob Cole Conservatory of Music at CSULB, where she studied classical vocal performance. She has given several recitals and performed with a number of ensembles on campus. 

Tess began singing at Holy Trinity Church in San Pedro at a young age. She was a lead cantor in her youth and continues to sing there. 

Tess was a recipient of the Herb Alpert Scholarship for Emerging Young Artists in 2014. 

Tess taught at Flipside Gymnastics, Music, and Dance in San Pedro, CA for several years as a private voice teacher. She worked with students of all ages and abilities and thrived in their supportive environment. 

Tess has worked with ENCORE South Bay to put on numerous Summer Camp and Mainstage productions. She has musically directed several shows including Matilda Jr, The Wizard of Oz Jr., and Mary Poppins Jr.  Tess is great at helping pre-teens and teens work towards their audition goals and grow vocally.  Tess works to help young people navigate their changing voices as smoothly as possible.

Tess also loves to work with adults and help them find their voices and grow vocally. She believes it is never too late to learn something new and encourages people of all ages to take voice lessons.
